Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative with knowledge of plumbing, valves, and fittings, and a willingness to learn. Ideal candidates have an interest in technical products and understanding how things work, and enjoy problem-solving to become trusted product experts over time. This role requires daily use of computers, including Microsoft Office and Outlook, to manage orders, communications, and customer information. You’ll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, orders, and product information, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and credits using Microsoft Office tools
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Communicate effectively using Outlook and other software daily
- Support internal teams and follow up on open orders
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Familiarity with plumbing products is a plus
- Computer skills, including daily use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in technical products or learning how things work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
